I and the Princess Royal have no problem at all in standing in front of people and speaking.  I once spoke to over 200 people in a meeting.  Prince Albert, on the other hand, prefers a more intimate speaking circle, 4 or 5 gathered around, exchanging ideas over coffee in the morning at McDonalds.

She had a stroke before she was born.  She has epilepsy and pseudo seizures (her latest diagnosis, hot off the presses last week), mild/moderate mental retardation (9 - 10 y/o level), mild/moderate cerebral palsy, ADHD - Inattentive and High Functioning Autism.

Wow, that's a rough hand to start out with. When my niece was going through several strokes and attendant heart problems last Jan/Feb I was trying not to cry my fucking eyes out.

Even if I hadn't believed in G_d, driving 70 miles on an Interstate commuting to work, crying my eyes out and never crashing would have made a believer of me.
