found out it's gonna cost me about 500quid to get to hospital unless my uncle can drive me there

How far away is this hospital?

Good thing that happened today is I took pictures of all my soviet hats - I modelled them on a skull I have lol. They look a bit big for it, but considering the skull has no hair, it's not too bad

Google can help find cheaper trips. Traveling with only one company can make it a lot cheaper too. I think you should be able to do it under 200 pounds, maybe even just a bit more than a hundred.

My mum is coming with me and maybe my nana.

I think we can get cheaper but that would mean staying really late, and I don't wanna be away too long coz of my ocd - I'll need the toilet eventually (tmi?  )I'm just gonna leavew it up to my mum to decide. I'll give my uncle petrol money obviously if he does take us, but I kinda like trains. No stress on the train as well. Is it just me or are car journeys stressful? Maybe it's just  in england

I've never seen weirder train fares than British train fares. Sometimes it was cheaper to travel with a family than for one person alone. Nice trains though, for as far as I have seen them.

Travelling by coach an option, if your uncle can't do the driving?

I'm not sure. I'm only going down there for a few hours, then coming back. When I go in properly it won't matter what time I go down or back coz I'll be in there for a few days anyway so have to use the hospital toilets. But with me just going down for a few hours I'm gonna be waiting  to go to the toilet till I come back. I will manage it easily but don't wanna be there too long incase I did start needing the toilet. If we go by car then as soon as I'm finished at the hospital we can go straight back. Wth public transport you obviously gotta wait. Plus we'd have to get a taxi from the station to the hospital as well, coz it's not right in the middle of London I think. All very confusing, which is why I'm leaving it to my mum to sort out 

I like trains tho.  But if we go in the car then we go in the car. least it will be cheaper
