My synth finally arrived. It's in surprisingly good shape but it's going to need a thorough cleanup inside. Two keys are almost dead and another two have problems with velocity, which was to be expected. The D-50 problems usually have something to do with the keybed and are usually fixable without too much trouble.

The dust bunnies mentioned in a post yesterday have attacked this synth.

They go in stealth, quite often.

There is a reason for pancake bunnies, but there is NOT a reason for dust bunnies, nor their offspring.

I did something I had to do despite being fearful, and it went better than I expected it to. ;D

As of today at work we no longer have to wear those stupid, hot nylon reflective vests over our nomex. Wearing nomex over street clothes gets hot enough in Summer but thhose vests made to damn many layers.
