I think i might need a pill or two as well

good thing that happened today is that i got lost on my own but didn't freak out  :laugh:

i eventually found my family down the other end of the beach

Most of them have that same effect on me but only some can fix the migraine.

Hold down the left control key and move your mouse up or down, to increase or decrease the size of the words.  With my mouse it's the roller on the top that does it rather than the actual mouse, so experiment to see what work.  If you're left handed you're on you own with this hint.  It doesn't seem to work on some other programs, but it's worked every time I've tried it today on the internet.

been to a religious garden (lol) and took a lot of flower pictures I'm pleased with

bought mcdonalds for me and my brothers on the way back

it's grey and rainy but warm - miuch better than the headache inducing heat we had yesterday
