I noticed I am somewhat less congested, and probably will not need to go to the doctor this time.

How many times a year do you get it bad?  I do at least four or five and never know if that is a big number

I'd say you have it worse than I do; I get bronchitis about once a year, maybe twice. Do you wear a face mask to work? I'm thinking you must inhale a lot of irritants on the job. That might explain at least some of your trouble.

Most of the time I wear a real hepa P99 mask like they use when removing asbestos but I should wear it when doing other things too and my chemical one for when I am stripping furniture
