He started to leave a message on my machine & I picked up before he finished to let him know he had the wrong number. in hindsight I shouldn't of told him, he might have kept calling back.

I've used refills in that thing for many years now and the print head in it hasn't died yet. They are easy enough to resurrect with hot water to flush out any old dried ink.
