Had my first Yoga class today. This was as hard of a workout as the crunchies and knuckle pushups in Karate clas, or maybe I'm just a pussy. Anyway I'm going to keep going and maybe learn something and knock some flab off my ass.

Thanks, I'll have to show her that pic tomorrow. She gets so excited over things. We have her a wodden kitchen set that I had to assemble the night before. She loved that. And we filled her room with balloons in the morning when we came to wake her up. She calls them bubbles.
