Does this mean that you guys don't have to sell your house?

It does mean we don't HAVE to sell the house.  The job is a contract position, for six months.  It's giving us tons of breathing room.  We're still in a bad way financially though, but at least we can buy shit like soap and food now.  I've been using antibacterial hand soap in the shower.   :laugh:

We're also thinking about renting the upstairs out.
