awwww, bless.  :-*

today, i realised i could do my exercises while i'm waiting for the kettle to boil (i'm a complete tea/coffee monster).  so i can now get my fat blob of a physique back into shape, without panicking about when i'll have enough energy (i'm permanently tired cos of lack of sleep, still).  yay!

i shall be honed to within an inch of my life.  go, me!

Made it to semifinals in a shuffleboard tournament at work, to the tune of the 2008 Olympics opening ceremony.

These guys were actually pretty competitive about it, a bunch of execs and artist-types pushing little pucks around and beating each other on the shoulder like wannabe sports nuts.

I have never seriously played shuffleboard.   My friend's apartment complex has shuffleboard (near their pool table).   I don't see a reason to play, as usually I am so damn drunk when I am over there that I would fail miserably at it anyways.

Whatever floats their little boats!  Emphasis  on "little".   :laugh:  I'v played shuffle board for fun, and have played against some guys that were "do or die" in the game.   ::)  BUT, thats their privilege and my perogative.   My ego or self worth doesn't hang on such things!   8)
