i've realised that something i've had for years, but been worrying about telling the psych about (incase they thought i was schizo when i'm not) is likely my OCD... and i never even realised it before. i hope that's all it is anyway. it at least means i can talk to them about it though

That's great, Soph.  :)  I'm able to talk with my counselor about a lot more stuff now.  It's a good thing.

My stepmom's tests came back negative, so nothing is wrong with her liver.  Must just be the gallbladder.  Glad that's over with.   :cheer:

Had an appointment with my psych that went well she told me I should raise my prices and talked about energy conservation most of the appointment  :laugh:
