joined a site that had "transgendered" and "hide" options for gender, which i hardly ever find when i join sites. so i can leave it not filled in, yay

and my mum/stepdad/brothers went to disneyland very early this morning
my mum nearly canceled because of my fuck-up last night, but i would have felt awful if that had happened, because they're too young to understand

The new Fractalus/Morthaur site has "transgendered" in its options for gender as well.

didn't scratch myself into gore last night, and slept pretty well (for me), until some knobsplash decided to let rip with what sounded like a chainsaw early this morning.  ::)

i hope it was a chainsaw, as it'll come in handy when i remove his bollocks.

on the letter i got back from my "mental health assessment"

my risk of abuse and exploitation to myself is "no risk identified either"

and my self-harm and abuse isn't too bad either


nothing good has happened since
had a shower but fucked up my routine so cant do anything except this till i get another one, but really cant be arsed doing it all again yet. my meds are working though and my pain in my legs has stopped pretty much completely
