At work today we were all given a $100 gift card valid at our choice of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Flemings, Bonefish Grill or Roy's. The only one of these I have ever heard of is Outback but it is a nice card to get.

The refinery worked out that the cards were cheaper than the lost production of a Unit wide safety luncheon. Also that people would like the cards better, they are right.  :)

 :lol: Actually they are usually pretty cool. Since you mention jerks though, today as I was dressing out of the nomex to go home someone walked by trailing noxious layered on BO! that might have knocked a buzzard off of a shit wagon.  :zombiefuck: Stinky motherfuckers like that piss me off.

What kind of food does your work fix?

Well today's lunch was Monte Cristo sandwiches with potato pancakes, and strawberry oat bars for dessert...dinner was spinach-and-bacon quiche with home fries,
plus alternate choices of chicken, haddock, pasta and a baked sweet potato. Dessert was coffee ice cream. It isn't five-star or anything, but it's pretty good.  :viking:
