I had a conversation with my wife by candlelight, this morning, after the electricity went out.

 
Even though the subject was not romance, I am blessed with pleasant imagery in my mind.

I feel ok tonight
Haven't drank any alcohol, gave in to all my OCD stuff, haven't made my arm bleed for four nights (except twice by accident :laugh: ) and got rid of headache
