I knew a guy about that smart, back in 1993 for July 4th he wanted to fill a small fire extinguisher bottle with smokeless powder and set it of where a 38 year old crank cooker had died of a heart attack 4 months earlier on his own dads property. When a couple of us were trying to talk him out of it his initial response was that he would only fill the bottle halfway
but filling it halfway could actually create a bigger explosion. I think he finally figured it out that having the Napa Serrifs, The CA State Dept of Justus and the BATF on his ass would not be good.
