I always sleep in my clothes.  Pajama-free since 1985.  :M

Do you put clean clothes on in the morning after waking up? Or before going to bed?

Only when I fall asleep unplanned in the middle of the day I sleep in my clothes.

Feeling not well, even for a nap of an hour I will strip. Sleeps so much better, no arguments with sleeves and such.

I shower in the morning too. Unless my hair needs washing before the next day then I will do that at night. Then it is two showers a day. :zoinks:

I have pyjama pants that I wear to bed plus a load of old t-shirts. I always sleep with clothes on too.

Aww damn, ren ;)

Hehehe.

I've been kipping on the sofa, sleeping during the day, its been searing hot during the day, but the meds I'm on ensure a good sleep, my room always gets boiling hot, and I've BARELY been even in to my room, only when I need something that is up there. Just wearing my baggy combat trousers, no
top, and sleeping on the sofa with my bad knee supported by a cushion or two. Its nice and comfy, especially with another cushion for under  my hips
and one or more for back support. Been staying awake all night until about 8-9am playing videogames in the cooler night time, and just cutting out the heatwave, in a manner of speaking.

Don't really like showers in the morning usually it too much of a rush to get out the door.  As far as sleeping goes I wear either sweats or sweat shorts and a tee shirt most times which I change into pretty much once I am in for the night after I take a shower.  When I go to the flea market and get up at 230-300 in the morning I just wear what I am wear to the market when I go to bed

That's a good trick when you have to get up that early, Parts.

Last night I wore a hoodie to bed on top of what I normally do because I was cold and we don't have heating.

Sleeping in one's clothes is a wonderful way to save time and laundry!  :2thumbsup:

The only time I slept in my clothes was when I was traveling from the states to South Africa. Other times I don't remember why I fell asleep to begin with :-/

All I knew from before was that I couldn't breathe through my nose. (Spoiler Alert: It was sleep apnea because of my weight issues)

At my age I don't really care what I'm wearing (or not wearing) as long as I can get to sleep.

I can't sleep in the clothes I've worn all day...even if I never went out of the house the entire day.

Have to shower also...and wash my hair before bed.

Like I said before...issues.

Go on, climb into bed right now, just for a little nap.  You can do it.  Baby steps!  >:D
