I wanted to see what the story was behind the "Fuck Yeah!" clip, so I went through Google and found the Lazy Town website, and found that I got it all wrong.
When I first saw that clip, I assumed that it was just a random j-pop video or something. The girl in the video looks Asian at first glance, and I just assumed she was perhaps a Japanese actress in her early to mid twenties. Wrong! Lazy Town is a kids' show, and the pink-haired character is a little girl. I had never heard of this Lazy Town, so I assume it's better known in Iceland and the UK. At first glance, I was hoping maybe it's in the same spirit as Crapston Villas (a clay-animation series about the residents of a London slum, available through Troma), but wrong on that, too. Looks like it's all family-friendly and nice, perhaps in the same spirit as Punky Brewster or whatever they've got on Nickelodeon.
All that just makes it even more hilarious. I figure the people who dreamed up and made Lazy Town probably never imagined somebody would swipe a three-second clip and turn it into something to imply that their (adorable, innocent, sweet, role-model) character might have the vocabulary of a sailor and be quite happy to utter a choice phrase while dancing about and grinning ear-to-ear.
