I think Dr Duncvis might be onto something, I've been working on xmas presents that I need to get finished in the evenings and I think having busy hands has slowed down my drinking consumption. I'll try having a night off tonight and hope that stressing about not getting them finished doesn't ruin things.

Defintely but in order to have that I need to stop myself getting so stressed that every touch makes my head scream first.  I couldn't even use my usual technique to get to sleep last night  :'(

I haven't had any weed for months now, I've been having a hard enough time getting up in the morning as it is.  Might have to try some tonight though.

God fuckn damn, I think I need another fuckn nap.  Fuckn surgury pain kept me up one fuckn night and I am still taking fuckn naps for it.  At least I don't require any more oxycodone with asprin for pain anymore.

This sucks! I know she's just overstressed from a day of shopping, and empathizing with my intense stress, but I want it "all better" for her, without having to exhaust herself, first.

Boiling some lavender stems. Often the aromatic oils in the air will help to calm her down.
