It was already in my mind as an answer, but, Dragoon confirmed it!  It just seems to be a childish way to make a point about the karma issue!  But, to each his own!  MAybe we should remove the karma points from people who want it gone and let those who want it or don't care keep it!

That would be nice, but we have no way to remove the Karma function from individuals. 

We can reset their Karma to zero, or in Nomaken's case, he can set it to a large negative number, but other members are still free to smite or applaud these members if they want to. 

Case in point, RobertN.

His Karma has been reset more than once, but if he goes on attacking members, some members are going to smite him for it.

I set my karma to a 5 digit number because due to strange biological limitations I cant begin to explain I am unable to keep track of numbers larger than 2,3, or 4 numbers.  So I cant understand how my actions affect my karma.  Also, it is negative as a sign of humility, only because a large positive number, I feel, would be too arrogant.

I wish that the pendulum would swing to having a female dominated society, and back to a male dominated society, and back to a female dominated society at least a dozen times so that people could feel like extremism is never a reliable way to base their decisions in that respect.  So that men and women can get so sick of discrimination in terms of gender that they don't even bother with it in daily life.  Too cliche.
