My mortgage broker says the most stressful part of buying is yet to come.

And I feel like I'm sitting at my desk all day talking to relevant people when I should be working. Putting a dent in my productivity that's for sure :-\

I really can't handle hearing the Chipmunks sing, it is an assault on my ears.

And good on you Sinnocent about the townhouse. :) You will need a BIG folder to keep all your mortgage papers in.
