Assuming it's not your cat, are you meaning you might be doing it when you are asleep?

I wake up with sore thumbs. I somehow hook them back as far as they will go in the covers when I am asleep. ::)

Didn't you have eczema from so many showers at one time?  Could your arm be itching in your sleep?

yeah god that seems like ages ago, christ you have a good memory :P

yeah it must be itching but not sure why this week or why just my arms. they're not bad scratches anyway, they disappear after a couple days. just found it weird
