My favorite brand.  Usually $3.99 per bag, on sale for 10 bags for $10.  Could not resist.  The expiration date on each bag in September so I have time :)

I have frozen shredded cheese in big bags from Costco before and we just take small amounts at a time from the big bag and it seems to be fine when we eat it.
