Crispy or chew the fat?We get cases of frozen bacon at work, and the slices vary in fat content, but I make it crispy, and I take time beforehand to lay the slicesvery straight so they're not overlapping, and I am careful not to burn or break them. It's a little accomplishment that makes me happy!

It's almost impossible to find limp bacon at restaurants. Oh, well, there is always the kitchen staff at Buck House.BTW - cbc, I just read an article about salmonella on cantaloupes. They recommend that you scrub them briefly with a vegetable scrub brush and a few drops of diswashing liquid and rinse them under running water before cutting into them.
Im so scared my hands are shaking.
