Every once in a while something nice happens:

Today I had to visit Lenscrafters for what feels like the millionth time this year. My son is autistic and totally destroys his glasses frequently. When they asked if we wanted new lenses with the new frames I blinked back tears and said quietly, "We can't afford that, we can barely afford the frames." The technician looked at the computer screen and said, "You have quite a file here with him. Tell you what, I'll throw new lenses in for free." and it totally MMD!

Heh, a horrible asshole of a teacher I absolutely loathed died yesterday. It feels like a massive relief knowing that prick is gone. Believe me, he really was a cunt for me to desire his death. I rather not go into details, most of my memories of that year are literally PTSD blocked.

I understand hating someone so much that you wish them dead. There is one person like that on my radar too. I know she is not really a danger to me,
probably never was, but I'd feel lighter and cheerier knowing I would never have to see or hear her again around the neighborhood.  >:D
