Fucking smoke detector beeping due to low battery. No-one tells me where the new batteries are, so it's now out of commission. Lucky there's another working smoke detector in the hallway, so the problem is not critical.

He was last here in June, I think. From what I've heard he is taking a break and could be back. Other than that, I think he hasn't moved or anything.
