He's technically homless now (been offered a place now so hopefully that is changing tho) so the kids are living with their mum in the old house. So she has control over whether they go with him or not. The oldest is 13 so I reckon she should just say Fuck off and come find her dad, but I guess it's not that simple.
She tried making allegtions against him by going through Womens Aid, some chrity that helps abused women. They quickly realised she was just off her head though so luckily that didnt go anywhere. That's why he left the old house so early - he was worried she'd start saying he'd hit her or something.
She's claiming he's "stolen" two pictures off the wall now. Just two paintings my nana had given them to make the house look nicer. He took them along with some of his things and when she found out she started telling everyone (including her autistic kid) that he's a thief and he's gonna be arrested. She's a fucking nutcase
If you hd seen the photos we sent to social services you would realise the kids need getting out of there asap. I hope he gets full custody. Sorry I'm rambling.
