What are the things that you do that give you a sense of self worth?   Do them as much as you can if there are any.   

I do jack shit myself, I used to volunteer years ago, but I don't take time to help people as much anymore.   I have been totally ignoring my friends lately, and my parents and grandparents probably need my help with stuff too.   I am selfish with my free time and hobbies.

What is it that you do that destroys your self worth?   There are plenty of those for me, so I have a lot to stop doing haha.
