A lot of the time it's the other way round - you can't get the motivation UNTIL you work on the depression. Which is obviously difficult when you combine lack of motivation with thinking life is shit and always will be shit regardless lol

Meds can definitely help you get over that first hurdle in my experience

I was prescribed Wellbutrin today to see if that motivates me. Could also be the Mono I have apparently had. I need to figure out which I2 girl I got that from. Maybe I shouldn't have been kissing all of them.

I used to think this, but am not so sure in recent years. I have started working out at the gym again as motivation and energy building. We'll see! No more  leave at work, so my back is against the wall. I am pulling out all the guns!!!
