I just got bogged down in the thought that she was having such a rough time, even before I realized how long ago he was talking about.
I suppose he could have helped her through the worst of it. I hope someone was there for her.

I do not know. She has not chosen to stay in contact with me. I can not just "check in."

I enjoy her presence and humor. Anything that disrupts that is an annoyance. I don't know her the way some here do and I never will, but that doesn't mean I don't care to know.

Entropy?  We can't avoid it or wish it on someone else. It simply IS.
