I point out peoples* flaws sometimes and they fly off the handle and go through a list of ways they are better than me and how much I suck.

If someone points out one of my flaws, I say "Yeah, so what?" or remain silent.

*mostly family members. Also, I do defend myself sometimes, through explanation or attack.
