Really? From what you have described, I thought your daughter was a pretty sweet kid.
She really is very sweet, but sometimes she hits people or pulls their hair for no reason that I can figure out, so this random aggression does make her hard to handle.
She has pulled my hair more times than I can remember and she pulled her dad's hair today, and she loves us both.
She bent both her grandparents' eyeglasses by snatching them off their faces when they were here recently, even though she absolutely loves them, so I think that they won't be brave enough to try to handle her alone anymore unless she is sleeping, and they did used to babysit for us when they visited.
