I take mine religiously every morning.  But the dosage I take is not that high anyway, compared to a guy I met who takes 30mg of ritalin 3times a day.  But then again I only weigh about 150-160 pounds at 6 feet tall.  This guy was about 250-280 and about the same height as me.

A thing I really love about Bollywood flicks is that the actors are always the same. Makes it so much easier to know who the bad guy is. :D

well, here's a coincidence:  the website advert for my local "what's on" magazine has several headings to do with what's in the mag this week.

the first two are "Welcome to Bollywood!"  and "Michael Franti!", from The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy, who i've been talking about with dunc today.
