How can they maintain that it is truly a "non-skilled position"  if the job requires two weeks training/certification and daily updates to the process changes?

I may have started more shit at work than I realized at first. All I wanted was an increase in pay for doing my job well. Now they are reviewing every responsibility within in my department, due to some of the points I raised.
