Fluorescent is this autistic who has below average communication abilities(for the autistics who make it on their own to forums), and a lot of confidence.  His confidence comes no doubt from his terrible ability to interpret how stupid he sounds, and how unified we are in thinking he sounds like an idiot.  I say he has some serious theory of mind issues going on, because apparently what he says is supposed to be clever(i guess it is in his head).
