i sleep during the day sometimes, and sometimes in the morning, or at night... lately i sleep a lot i just slept and i slept at night and i dunno what's what anymore.
I have done that most of my life.
I have recently forced a tighter time frame upon my body clock. My body clock is in the thirty two hour range, but that won't work at work. They need me every morning at five AM or six Am on weekends. This has actually caused me to re-think many things, again.
So, on certain days I am waking at a time when I would normally begin to slleep and I become exhausted during a time when I would normally have a two hour nap, but I have four hours of work to go, yet.
