That is not good, as I have felt that way before.   Talk to someone you know about the actual problem behind it.   I am sure there are people out there that you can confide in.   Just don't let it build up and become something worse.

I am thinking that I just wasted money to watch my team lose again.  4-2, the Jaguars have a hard 3 game road stretch ahead too.... blah.
