Its knowing whether I'm going to be able to sleep properly that puts me off, just lately I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping no matter how exhausted I get.

When I've been obsessing about the sims I've often played it in my sleep.  I knew I was playing it too much though when I wanted to select a person IRL and get them to do an activity.  :D
