Way most people see it: hard work & thinking to be taken for granted, culture to be developed and cultivated most important

Way I see it:  culture can be taken for granted cos whichever way you take it, to whatever niche you seek, as long as you are developing it you are making PROGRESS and ENJOYMENT which is the entire point of culture, culture is not a means in and of itself.  Hard work & thinking is the the thing to be most treasured and held onto.
