Miscalucated dose of panax ginseng.. 165 milligrams of ginsengosides = 20 grams unconcentrated root.  That dose I took was no oding.  They give that for acute dieases, mine is now fuckn horny enough! :wanker:

Yes, I've got eyedrops, since the meds give me dry eyes.  I've had two stys since starting the meds.  Never had any before that.

I took 240 millligrams of ginko extract today in addition to the 165 milligrams of ginsengosides.  After 240 milligrams you may experience loose stools.  240 milligrams is equal to 13 grams of dried powdered leaf.

I did something, very much out of character. We rented a canoe and paddled about twelve miles down the river.
