Is social enterprise a means to an end by which a government can shed the burden of proving a state health care system without bringing about the negative sides and opposition which private healthcare providers would create? The BBC website has an interesting article on the eating habits of french people which has seen them defy the trend in western countries to have ever increasing rates of obesity.....I am coming to the conclusion the UK has more to learn from Europe then from the USA, especially if we want to buck the current trend of emulating the US economy model.

only positive is that I managed to install an SMF forum like this one with a bridge to the portal, so it can be used as a test bed for proposed mods, themes etc for here. That's sort of positive. And I hope the guy who coded the PostNuke/SMF bridge module can work out a translator for the data.
