I feel lost not having her around. My nan has played a major role in my life.

I am open for you Spokane girl, and some people offering suggestions, I take my own advice.  Helping people is my pleasure. ;D  I am tough if necessary. >:D I am not a doctor, but I do know alot more than the average joe.  I know that cholesterol is influenced by the production of insulin, and cholesterol is used for testosterone.  I am open to being wrong also, and will tell you if I don't know or am am not sure of something.
