After looking up trichotillomania.... i may have that, but only my pubic hair.  What I sooooo definitely have is dermatotillomania.  The skin on my arms, back, shoulders and face looks like I got splashed with some kind of skin burning bleach there are so many scars.

What pea said. Yeah, its only a couple of small cuts but I'm really not looking forward to some cunt with a scalpel slicing at my knackers... plus local anaesthetic doesn't always work well on me. Fucking yay.  :o
