What an amazing night of sleep that was!! Been taking the Melatonin for two weeks now, but I'm giving the credit, for last night, to just being "good old fashioned exhausted" from shovel and spade work in the garden. Woke up bouncing off the wallls, though and I want some coffee so I can calm down some.

can't get melatonin tabs here but someone got someone got me some from the states. found they worked like a dream for a while but then seemed to make me feel depressed. also have to take half tablet as a whole one makes me drowsy whole next day

It's so fucking hard to get opiates in Europe. I have tramadol and valium, but I have very good doctors. The one prescribing the valium is my psych. I can thank my AS diagnosis that I get that valium.

Depends on the car. My own car is made so that you can destroy it but not hotwire it. It has a magnetic lock inhibiting lockwiring.
