I've had a rough afternoon. Stomach flu thing is mostly over, but my muscles are so sore I can not walk without effort and pain. I have the worst "hangover" I've had in twenty five years. I have tried to stay hydrated, but it didn't stay down, until about two hours ago. I had to stay in bed. Doing better, now. The really sad thing is that both my kids have had this terrible thing (or something like it) twice, in recent weeks. Poor guys.

I heard fireworks, outside, because our local team has won the Super Bowl, but I can't get too excited about it yet. It will be great for our economy, though, so even non-sportsfans will have plenty to celebrate.

Thanks. I'm doing well, now. Very weak, but I feel fine. I really am surprised at how weak I feel. Got quite a bit of sleep, though.

Probably all the minerals etc you would have lost. Should improve if you eat some decent quality food and drink plenty.

Probably right, if it wasn't twenty below with the windchil, I would go get me some of those power sports drinks that taste like sweat and chug them. I'll have to settle for fruits and lots of water, for now. If I told you how much water I have drunk since I woke this morning, you would not believe me. ... or the fact that I have gotten almost eighteen hours of sleep, since this time yesterday.
