I'll put some ideas together, but should they be thought out while I'm anxious?  Or should I do it when calmed so that I can think straight?  But the number one rule would have to be any member must be suffering from anxiety.   We'll have to come up with emergency dosages of something that works.  Might have to do with web links.   Hmmmm   I'll get right to work on this.  I hate anxiety...

Yesterday was pretty stressful and I let someone's ideations hit a nerve, a raw nerve!  I vented in my journal on another forum and had a nice chat with my guitar teacher about the things preying on my mind.  Plus I vented to a friend via email and that helped get my perspective back!  Thanks for asking!
