I never used to like vegetables, but it's something I forced myself to eat, starting about 5 years ago, and now my tastes have adapted to them, and I no longer particularly like, or outright dislike the things I used to eat. Most of the veg I eat now is raw; just chopped and heated a bit and mixed with some meat and olive oil, and it tastes fine to me (I even prefer it raw these days), but in the past, raw onions and broccoli would have been pretty horrible.
