I will never be a decent photographer. I think maybe I should have just got myself a cheap compact as I seem incapable of doing anything decent with my new slr.

I am becoming a lazy slob. Before xmas, I was doing at least 90 mins exercise a day, and now I am lucky if I do it every other day.  :grrr:

Its best not to do anymore than 45 minutes of high intensity exercise at one time because your body's ability to store fat increases after that point.
