Had about a two hour nap, but awoke with a start and there was someting flying around the room. Not really, but my mind would not let go of a dream. For some reason, THE DAMN SCARY DREAM WOULD NOT STOP. I knew it was a dream. I had to get fully upright and stand before it faded. Is that a side effect of Melatonnin, I wonder?
... or just a side effect of not enough sleep?
