dairy affects many aspies, myself included. i feel pretty crap when i eat dairy.

i ate pizza last night. :( now i feel awful, like i have a hangover. i have a pizza hangover. i aven't eaten pizza in ages, mom bought it and i couldn't help but eat it last night. ugh. no more pizza for me, disgusting.

i agree about the wine, it always makes me run to the bathroom. :P

It seems that throughout the short history of Intensity² we regularly go through phases where everyone seems to be on edge or fed-up with the place, but we always seem to come out of the other side.  I think we need to remember that Intensity² is supposed to be shaped by its members- so lets hear how we can improve things.

I think its the nature of the beast here.  It's a love/hate relationship because of the strong feelings that are unleashed in I2.   And I have noticed it comes in phases for all of us at some point!  I just had a period where I got "brassed" off about stuff here.  It's a phase I went thru and will probably go thru again!
