I want a nice big muffin with a crunchy top, but shall I or shant I, hmmm...so bad for me lol and defeats the object of my 45 mins on the exercise bike. Chocolate might be better as it last longer...

My tactiles are almost back to normal, today. A few pins and needles left over, but mostly even those are gone.

This is why I am confused. Almost every night, I get through almost a pound of fruit, but here I am bunged up. Maybe it is because of the time of month coming... I do sometimes get constipated a day or two before. It is just mighty uncomfy, if you know what I mean lol.

plums aren't just any fruit. but if they don't work, maybe some prune juice could help. i hear that stuff is potent. i hate feeling like a stuffed turkey too, i dunno how other people's plumming works but i always seem to be about 5 months pregnant.
