ta, triste. down to five fags a day, and not particularly enjoying them, to be honest. but then i've never liked the taste of cigarettes, and i've been smoking for 28 years. the only reason i'm still actually smoking anything is to a) give my head time to get used to the idea, and b) finish my pouch of tobacco off - i couldn't POSSIBLY throw it away, as has been suggested (all 15g of it, lol).
how the hell do i work out how much nicotine i'm taking in, so i can organise the nic gum properly? can't find any stats on the internet re: nicotine content of tobacco brands - anyone got any ideas? mainly cos i reckon i'm developing a major addiction to the gum - still buzzing my tits off on tiny pieces of the lowest dose. it's hilarious.
